reportNOW

Enhancing the value of report output and creating a smoother user experience is an on-going goal for Patient NOW. In each new release you will see new, flexible reporting in addition to user interface changes designed to promote more accurate data entry.

Our reportNOW functionality uses pivot table functionality to allow you to slice and dice your data in a way that is meaningful for you.For additional information, check out Pivot Tables - Flexible Reporting on the Fly. If you are not sure which report will provide the information you need, check out Reporting - Frequently Asked Questions.

Some Pivot Tables available in reportNOW

The Payments table on the Financial tab allows you to do cash-based reporting.

Looking for the number of appointments that a provider has had by category and type? Maybe you would like to know how many appointments were scheduled during an event? Check out the Appointment Count tables in the Patients and Appointments tab. These reports are designed to replace the Practice Scorecard.

Looking for a single report to show both product and procedure sales on the same report? Check out the Pivot Table Definition - Sales by Received Date

Conversion reporting can be confusing. Do you use Treatment Pathways or not? How does the coordinator fit in? Check out the new Conversion and Retention tab. These reports allow you to look at your conversion using the schedule or by using Treatment Pathways. In addition, we have added a retention report that uses the schedule to determine retention.

Just double-click on any cell in the report and you will see a list of patients that made up that number. You can export, print, or copy that list to Mail Merge. For additional information, check out Pivot Tables - Flexible Reporting on the Fly.

Retired Reports

As part of the reportNOW project, we are evaluating all of the reports in patientNOW and determining whether they should be retired.

A report is retired when it may not have been updated as we changed the data collection for invoices, patients, or the schedule. We want to make sure that the report that you run is current and thoroughly tested with each release. To ease the transition for you, we've created a list of the retired reports and which report has taken its placeFor additional information, check out Retired Reports.

Report Enhancements

In addition, the Gift Card # was added to the Gift Card sections on the Unearned Income Activity Report, and we fixed a problem with the Income Facility Filter on the Unearned Income Balance Report .
